At the Montreal Protocol's 46th Open-Ended Working Group (OEWG) in July, the Carbon Containment Lab hosted a group of policy, financial, and technical experts for a closed door session on how to accelerate progress on lifecycle refrigerant management (LRM). The workshop, held at the International Civil Aviation Organization's headquarters in Montreal, was aimed at discussing challenges to LRM implementation and a set of actionable strategies to advance progress. The session was conducted in Chatham House Rules.
