Jon Vale

Jon is a Master of Environmental Management candidate at Yale School of the Environment. At Yale, he studies water resource science with a focus on wetland and coastal systems. As Co-President of the Yale Environmental Law Association, Jon helps to lead workshops, panels, and conferences surrounding the intersection of environmental law and issues of water governance and environmental justice. Prior to grad school, Jon worked as a researcher with the U.S. Geological Survey in Savannah, Georgia where he contributed to projects related to the health and management of the Savannah and Ogeechee Rivers. Jon hopes to pursue a career in environmental policy implementation grounded in his research in geology and hydrology.
